A well-established and highly supportive Specialist SEN School in Lewisham, rated Good by Ofsted, is seeking an experienced and driven Deputy Headteacher to join their leadership team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a school supporting pupils aged 5–25 with Autism, Speech & Language needs, and SEMH.

About the Role
You will work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to support the day-to-day running of the school and drive high-quality SEN provision.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting staff development and performance
• Leading on behaviour, safeguarding and inclusion
• Ensuring strong teaching and learning across the school
• Supporting a curriculum tailored to pupil ability

Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• SEN school experience
