Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

A well-established, Ofsted-rated Good nursery in Finchley, North London is looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their toddler room on a permanent, full-time basis.

The role:

• Toddler room, permanent contract
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, across shift patterns
• All year round , no term-time closures
• 10 additional days' holiday over the Christmas period
• From £30,000 per year, negotiable and dependent on experience and qualifications

The setting: Ofsted-rated Good nursery in Finchley, North London (N3).

Day to day: Key worker responsibilities within the toddler room, delivering the EYFS curriculum through structured and child-led play.

What's on offer: Support working towards Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications, performance-related bonuses, and small everyday touches like snacks and coffee provided during breaks.

Candidates should hold a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification and at least one year of recent experience.

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
